Hurst Performance Vehicles retained Aria Group to design and fabricate the Hurst 50th Anniversary Viper. The Hurst Viper featured flat gold paint with gloss black stripes and black chrome Hurst wheels. The serial number 001 Hurst Viper was auctioned at the Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale, Arizona Auction in January 2009. The auction proceeds from the first Viper were donated to Victory Junction, a year-round camping facility for children with chronic medical conditions or serious illnesses.
